Hi, Naman.
How much are you willing to pay for it. AFAIK, there are no good, free video-editing programs. I'd love to hear otherwise.
Microsoft used to have a good, free one--Movie Maker. It came with Windows through Vista, then became a downloadable freebie (part of the Windows Essentials collection). They still have it, but they simplified the program to the point of making it useless.

Years ago I bought a JVC JX-T66 Character Generator (Titler) component. It's consumer grade, not professional. It was $99.00. The video signal is run through the processor & you create whatever txt you want to appear on the output video. It has a QWERTY keyboard & a bunch of memory buttons. You can select txt size, choose accented letters. Also has 7 languages, Scrolling, Zooming, & 8 pg. memory.
Google JVC JX-T66 & see what you get. You might also set up an E-bay search so that if one ever becomes avail. on E-bay, you'll get a E-mail msg. about it.

Well I was thinking that If i can get it for free then I would be a lot better for me. Though I can spend 25$ for this but not more than this.

Nobody used Adobe Premiere? I think this one is a professional one.And we can add many effects on the video.
