Hi.
After the BSOD, what are the effects that may happen to my laptop?
Is it severe? Will my laptop die earlier?

Hi, zyrrahXD. Sorry for the late response. I've been on vacation.
A BSOD doesn't damage the hardware, or Windows. In fact, it's function is to avoid damage.
It does, however, lose you everything you had in memory and not saved to disk. And it horribly interrupts your workflow and thought process.
Also, if there's a young child in range of your voice, your reaction may expand their vocabulary in unwanted ways.
However, frequent BSoDs are a warning that something is wrong and needs to be fixed. See Attackof the Blue Screen of Death for details.
