Stop A Program From Being Terminated In Task Manager?

Hey there, quick question - I know virus software can prevent the user (or other programs) from shutting it down in task manager. How can I do that? I have a distraction blocker software and I want the user not to be able to switch it off in task manager. I can't access the source code of the program, so it would probably have to be some kind of app... Any ideas?
