I can't believe that my little no-name Internet company that has a monopoly on this county is actually on Netflix's list. But of course there's no xbox support, whats up with that?? Has anyone even bought a Wii U yet, let alone watched Netflix on one?

Netflix has had 1080p content for the past couple of years, since they released the installed PS3 player in mid October 2010. It was only available on the PS3 until July of 2011 when the Roku 2 XS and 2 XD launched, and generally available on 2012 devices with Netflix players. Until recently it was encoded at 4800 Kbps; they re-encoded all of their 1080p to 3850 Kbps using new tech from a company called eyeIO which is supposed to produce equal picture quality at lower bit rates (they also replaced their highest bit rate 3600 Kbps 720p encodes 3000 Kbps ones). The 3850 Kbps 1080p HD is still available to anyone with ready bandwidth whether their ISP is set up for Open Connect or not. Super HD is some higher bit rate 1080p encode.

No xbox support because in order to use netflix and hulu plus and amazon instant and free services like youtube you have to pay 60 a year ontop of what you already pay.
