Hi and welcome to the forums. Looks pretty good, but have some suggestions. First go to a full ATX Motherboard. You really don't want to use a Micro atx mobo if you are planning om sli / crossfire down the road. With a decent MOBO, you don't really need a sound card. I would drop the sound card and go with this MOBO: http://www.newegg.co...N82E16813157297 The only other thing I can see is tyou went with the i5 3570. the i5 3570k would allow for OCing.

Also, do you have any specific reason for getting a sound card? Generally, onboard is quite good. (the only thing is that onboard audio usually doesn't support more than 2.0 digital audio output, but then again, I'm not sure if the ASUS card does either)
The PSU is good - I have the non-modular, slightly lower wattage (S12II 520W) version of that, and have been happy with it. It's pretty quiet as well.
Also, I personally think Windows 7 is a better option (due to the lack of a tablet interface that gets in the way), but it's up to you (it is faster).
Finally, the reviews on that keyboard and mouse don't look too good. I'd advise something else, like the Logitech MK260 or Microsoft 5SH-00001. (just a few similarly priced ones I found via some quick searching)

Windows 7 and 8 are basically the same in terms of compatibility. Basically, it comes down to this: not having a tablet UI to get in your way vs some performance improvements.
For the SSD, I was thinking that the Crucial M4 is a good option. Yes, the write speeds aren't the best, but it's known to be really reliable (along with the now-discontinued Samsung 830).
Edit: Here's a thought: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/wXCW

To be honest, you could get away with something like a Corsair CX500 here.
Also, it doesn't look like you changed anything on your build. Did you forget to save it? (which, unfortunately, means creating a new parts list, unless you signed in when doing it originally)
