I am looking for cheap audio transcription. Software or service would do. Any ideas?

I dont understand whether you want software or service. If it's a software it cant be manual. I can recommend http://speechtotextservice.com/ that I have used for my seminars and seminars. I think it's the cheapest with professional output.

What do you mean by this post scriptum? (Your) handwriting converted to a font? You may check the SNOW webpage. They even have Linux open source. As to services see stackoverflow.com.
