I use Win 7 firewall (set to screen both in and out traffic) and MSE. Visiting all kinds of sites for over a year now, I've been hit exactly zero times by malware.

I love how unintrusive MSE is. OTOH, I do sometime wonder why over more than a year of use, I've only gotten pop-up warnings from the firewall and MSE a very small handful of times! Also, I've yet to see anything "caught"
in my MSE's quarantine folder.

To test MSE efficacy (and for my own peace of mind), I have downloaded and run various different manual scans and they've found nothing either.

So where are all the malware? Is most of it just the usual media hype?
