MY EXPERIENCE WITH CHROME HAS BEEN POSITIVE.HOWEVER, GOOGLE CHROME HAS NOT BEEN A GOOD EXPERIENCE DUE TO GOOGLE'S AGGRESSIVENESS,
STAY WITH CHROME AND KEEP GOOGLE CHROME, SHOULD YOU LIKE BEING INTERFIERED WITH YOUR WORK IN THE INTERNET.

Leave I had an intermittent flash crash problems in Chrome 21 thru 23 disabling the pepperfash version plugin helped .

The article above failed to mention the latest update (Chrome 24) includes a pepperflash update that seems to be very stable .
This works on win XP,Vista and win 7x32 and x64
I would recomend first Making sure that the browser is updated to
Chrome version version 24,easy to do if auto updates are turned off some may be on older versions always good to check anyway.

First before anything Click on menu /about Chrome it will check and update for you .

After you verify Chrome version 24 alternately you can then go to settings/advanced settings/content/disable plugins/
find Adobe flash open details then enable the new pepperflash and disable the other one (standard flash plugin)
If you have problems afterwards you can switch to the other non pepper flash (standard )flash plugin
Before using the standard Flash plugin it should first be be updated as well through Adobe
pepperflash updates are done within Google.

This is the Newest pepperfash as of 1/21/12 I would enable this one :
Version: 11.5.31.137
Shockwave Flash 11.5 r31
Name: Shockwave Flash
Description: Shockwave Flash 11.5 r31
Version: 11.5.31.137
Location: C:\Users\*****\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\24.0.1312.52\PepperFlash\pepflashplayer.dll

Alternately you should have this one in case the pepperflash does not work well on your specific system also this plugin is shared with Firefox
Shockwave Flash current version as of 1/21/12 :
Description: Shockwave Flash 11.5 r502
Version: 11,5,502,146
Location: C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash\NPSWF32_11_5_502_146.dll

I have pepperflash Newest one enabled and other one disabled in Chrome
use whichever works best

I hope this article fixes Youtube playback issues for Google Chrome users. Yesterday I had a number of video playback issues in Chrome related to HTML5, and I know the suggestion in this article doesn't fix those issues. Sometimes "hacking" only works for some...
