I've worked in in the I.T. industry for over 20 years in the U.S. I worked in the 90's for 3 different system integrators (you know companies that assemble and sell computers) like Dell or Lenovo. But these companies were much smaller and all were Chinese owned. All of the software they were installing was pirated. The software on the computers they were selling. The software on the computers in the office and software on the servers. I was one of the few workers that was not Chinese. I was amazed they never got caught. It is just standard business practices for Chinese companies to use pirated software. They don't think twice about it. The one thing I learned was not to work for Chinese owned companies after my experience.
