Help Deciding New Gpu

Hi, I'm brand new with computers. I bought an old rig from a friend and need help buying a "budget gaming" ($50-$100) graphics card that will work well with it.

Microsoft Windows XP Professional 32-bit SP3
CPU
Intel Core 2 Duo E7200 @ 2.53GHz 39 °C
Wolfdale 45nm Technology
RAM
2.00 GB Single-Channel DDR2 @ 400MHz (5-5-5-18)
Motherboard
G43Twins-FullHD (CPUSocket) 31 °C
Graphics
HP vp17 (1280x1024@60Hz)
512MB ATI Radeon HD 4650 (Sapphire/PCPartner)

Will my current CPU bottleneck this card at all?

The CPU will be a bottleneck to some extent, but will be on most cards above what you have in there now.

Ok, With a 32 bit Operating System, the most you can install is 4 GB. It will only use 3 GB to 3.5 Gb though.

Thanks again for all your help! I plan on upgrading my operating system in the near future and will upgrade the ram in the meantime.
