I purchased Office 2010 University on October 19, 2012, which came with a free upgrade to Office 365 University when it was released.
I went through the upgrade process, but their web site upgraded me to Office 365 Home Premium (not University). Office 365 Home Premium only comes with a 1-year subscription, not the 4-year subscription included with Office 365 University. When I told Microsoft of the problem, they said there is no way to fix it (undo it). They said "you are screwed."
I have been given the runaround by Microsoft trying to fix this. I have been given EIGHT different phone numbers for various departments. Microsoft Store says it is an Office problem. Office tech support says it is a Microsoft Store problem.
I had the problem escalated. They said it was refused because there is no solution.
My reference # is 1194983888. My Microsoft Store order # is MS10522754529, which was placed on Oct. 19, 2012.
I paid for Office 365 University and that is what I want.

Please help.
