This is a very good assessment of SharePoint. However, the survey does not seem to capture users that have built or acquired business-oriented solutions, such as project and program management, compliance reviews and reporting and tasking and approval management. These customers use these applications everyday (adopting SharePoint in the process), like the user interface and gain business value. What is unfortunate is that Microsoft does not understand the real value of SharePoint, and insists on trying to make it do too much.
