Hi, For starters, I would just do away with the VGA cooler and the Hdd cooler. Both are unnecessary from my experience. JUst get a case with good airflow such as the CoolerMaster 912 HAF. I used one in my build and put in a 200mm intake fan and two 120mm fans in the top for exhaust with the one at the back. In reality, if you have a good roomy case and install a good intake fan with a good exhaust fan, you will have plenty of airflow and stay nice and cool.

Buy your ram in kits, not individually. That way they are a tested, matched pair and will operate in dual channel. You can also save money this way, in this case about $5. Not much, but still money that can be used for other things.

16GB kit: http://www.newegg.co...N82E16820233143
Though an important question needs asked; Do you actually need 16GB of ram? That is up to you to decide, but in all but the rarest situations 8GB is already overkill.

For the SSD, I would suggest going with something that has a bit more of a positive reputation. SandForce based drives (like the Corsair listed) tend to have very strange problems. For this, I would suggest going to Amazon (as newegg is sold out) and pick up the trusted Plextor M5Pro. They use Toshiba toggle nand chips which reduce heat, and power consumption, and a Marvell controller with custom firmware. More importantly, they also include a 5 year warranty.

Lastly, ditch the RaidMax power supply. You really don't want one of them. They are among the cheapest of the cheap builds (internally!) and not worth the money. You also have no need for more than a 500 watt power supply with that build. Your total power draw under a complete load should be no more than 350 watts. Source. Note that their test machine also uses about 60 watts more power in the CPU as well (on a 6 core i7) and don't cross 320 watts unless running TWO of those cards. Even then, they don't cross 500 watts.

Instead - go with a PC Power and Cooling Silencer series, Antec HCP, HCG, Earthwatts series, Corsair TX, HX, or AX series, or Seasonic X series. You don't need more than 500 watts, but if you want to get upwards of 700-750 you aren't going to hurt anything. Just don't throw away money on an 800W+ power supply, it won't make your machine faster.

The strain of anti-intellectualism has been a constant thread winding its way through our political and cultural life, nurtured by the false notion that democracy means that 'my ignorance is just as good as your knowledge.'" -- Isaac Asimov

To add to what wj has said on the memory, this will do just fine and it has better latency and timings: http://www.newegg.co...N82E16820231445
