Help.. I'm So Overwhelmed Pictures Everywhere!

Ok.. I have little computer skills besides emails. I have thousands of dollars in a clothing line inventory and needing to see it either on ebay or facebook. Hubby was fired from his job yesterday (political BS)..
I have been taking some photos and downloading them to Windows Live photo gallery but recently moved to snapfish to save space. I was using a Nikon coolpix L22 but now have a Coolpix S4100 which I plan to use from here on out until it burns out..
My questions are; Do I want to remove the L22 from my system and how do I safely transition to the S4100? I have Win/7 running I.E. 9.0
I have the same pictures on photo gallery, snapfish and windows media. Too many programs!!! I'd like to stay with Wndows photo gallery for my ebay pictures but I have to reorganize all of them. Can I do this from snapfish and transfer them over in a more uniform fashion so they are easier to find?
The ViewNX2 program came with the S4100. Do I need to download that? I have Nikon transfer installed currently. Is there any real purpose in this ViewNX2 if I'm going to work with photo gallery?
I have so much going on in my life and just can't seem to stay focused, especially now. But I need to get rid of this inventory I have a be successful at selling the items to make money.
Yea.. I've rattled on enough but I hope I asked my questions in a way you can grasp my ADD tendencies.
If anyone can give me some help, that would be so appreciated. I've been sitting on this pondering too long.
In advance, a great big thank you..

Sometimes I read too deep into things and that's what fills my head with all the question marks. Maybe I need to stay more simple. Like you, basically said...
Hubby is driving me crazy already. 1 day of no work and he's cleaning the house around me and I'd best get out of his way. Hope he finds work soon.. Thanks so much

Oh wow.. I'm so sorry to hear all of this going on with you. It's a bit much for 1 to take. Somehow we seem to find the strength but it's hard.
Keep plugging away and I'll Randy to your house. Sounds like you deserve a full time house and care taker..
