Not allowing me to listen to what the president has to say at the time he says it is censorship. Plain and simple. Whether I agree with him or disagree, whether i agree with Anonymous or not (I actually agree with their ideology) this is just cyberterrorism. There is also something very dangerous and scary about an organization that is secret - no mater what side you are on. Also, no organization is always right all the time. Its just not possible. Therefor, an organization that cant be held accountable for wrong doing has no business telling us what justice is. They may care about free speech but what about right to privacy? This is the leading issue of the internet. And if Anonymous cares so much about the internet they should heed their own advice. Hacking is an invasion of privacy. I wonder if I will be hacked now for saying something negative about them?

To the commentor who commented on the censorship issue: do you not know that a bill has already been enacted that President Obama can take down your internet for up to 6 months if he just "thinks" that there's a security issue. Censorship by the government is not censorship, it's a blatant disregard and violation of our constitutional rights. And anonymous is not doing it to censor the speech, it's to make a point about censorship. Get it?

Yes, Bamboo, I get it. It's the same thing I've seen with over two years in Iraq. When the extremists (a minority) do it, it's perfectly legit. When a government (a majority) does it, it's blatant disregard. Perfect hypocritical, childish logic. I wonder how many people who comment on rights have actually done anything, aside from being lucky enough to be born in this country, for their rights.

There is no Constitutional right to internet connectivity.

Pure sophistry. There is no functional difference between the stifling of speech and interfering with the ability of others to hear/read it.

Anon and you like to play by whatever rules suit your purpose of the moment. You are anarchists who hold the right s of others in contempt.
While each is entitled to his own opinion, no one is entitled to his own facts.
