Printing In Ie

Beginning to wonder if I should have bought Windows 7, 64 bit version. I can not seem to print from the Internet Explorer 9. I get a script error with an unspecified error message. I switched to Chrome and it printed the page without a problem. I prefer IE though and would appreciate any suggestions on how to correct this. Thanks in advance.
