Everything I have in my build would be:
AMD A8-5600K
ASRock FM2A75M-DGS FM2 AMD A75 motherboard
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666)
COOLER MASTER eXtreme Power Plus RS500-PCARD3-US 500W ATX12V v2.3 Power Supply
HIS iCooler H775F1GD Radeon HD 7750 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card
Up until today, you could always hear everything power on, but the power still didn't light up. That's been fixed, though.
Any possible troubleshooting or compatibility advice you can give me would be very appreciated!

Especialy the cpu plug and the 20/24 pin plug.
If these are fine and the pc still fails to boot, it could be a possible short between the motherboard and case.
Or worst, a failed component like the cpu.
It's work but thats part of troubleshooting, remove your motherboard from the case onto the box the mobo came in.
If it works, look for a misplaced mobo standoff.
After this test please update us.

Did you uninstall your video card drivers?
Remove the VC?
Set BIOS to integrated graphics as the primary graphics?
If your card is still plugged in, are you plugged into the motherboard graphics port, not the video card to your monitor?

Or even if everything else is working correctly, could there still be a chance that my motherboard isn't working properly and needs to be replaced?

Confirm your monitor is not the problem.
If it is fine, I am not sure if I'm missing anything else to tell you.
From here I hope a second opinion would be posted.

What other cards did you try?
The motherboard is supports 1 x PCI Express 2.0 x16 slot. Did you try a PCI Express 2.0 x16 card?

Check this site for info on beeps:
http://www.asrock.co.../faq.asp?k=beep
Plus look here:
http://www.computerhope.com/beep.htm
Once you figure which code it is that will see what can be done. There is only info for 3 long beeps, which would mean memory problem. Is it double and soft beep?

I'm looking at the specs for my motherboard and it says something about ddr3 2400+ and the ram I'm using, which is listed in the OP, doesn't say 2400+ anywhere, but something like this does:
http://www.newegg.co...N82E16820231589
Sooo, would you guys recommend upgrading to that ram? Or should my other ram be compatible? Again THANK YOU so much for all of the help and patience!

The RAM you have is fine as far as specs go.
This is your spec chart for RAM,
Dual Channel DDR3 memory technology
- 2 x DDR3 DIMM slots
- Supports DDR3 2400+(OC)/2133(OC)/1866/1600/1333/1066 non-ECC, un-buffered memory
- Max. capacity of system memory: 32GB*
- Supports Intel® Extreme Memory Profile (XMP) 1.3 / 1.2
- Supports AMD Memory Profile (AMP)
The 2400 is what Brian said, an OCed value.
Try one module at a time.
Perhaps one is bad?

Possibly.
Follow this guide.
First, make sure your RAM is fully in place.
Make sure the hold down latches are fully engaged into the key on the RAM.
Reinstall it and make sure they are fully in place.
If this fails continue with this.

Try like mentioned above with one 1 stick at a time.
Or if possible, try a lower ram that is1866/1600/1333/1066.

1st off, the HCL lists very few 8GB sticks as being compatible. It is quite possible (even if unlikely) that the system simply doesn't like that ram.
2nd The A series APU's LOVE fast ram. The faster the better. I would seriously consider sending that back for 1600Mhz kits or faster. Truthfully, this is one case, where I would almost say grab up the "AMD" kit, and call it a day. Those are certified for that board and cpu...
3rd, Parity error usually does indicate some problem with ram. Though I wouldn't necessarily say the ram is bad (after all, how do you end up with two identically bad sticks?). This could also mean that the memory controller on the CPU is buggerd, or that there is a motherboard problem. I would start with the ram though - namely because it is cheap to send back, and easy to test. The CPU would be next on my list. The motherboard is the least likely culprit here.
