i have searched for a way to get rid of this problem, but i cant find away and i think its interfering with my web browsering by not letting me go back to webpages (for sure) and not bringing up videos on sites and pictures, i have tried ccleaner, but it doesnt fix the issue, the only hint i have is this, i dont know if its related, but its at least one of the problems-
