As a person who has worn eye glasses most of my life - this is the dumbest idea ever! Most people I know want to get rid of their glasses, not purposely go out and wear glasses for the "fun of it" . . . when Google comes out with a contact lens version, THEN they might have something . . . but until then - Google glasses is a total fail.

It doesn't matter how dumb an idea is. If one invests enough money and talent in a marketing campaign that tells people that they cannot live without the advertised thing, a dumb idea can become a huge success. Just ask Apple...

Nyah, nyah. Feel better? You catch more flies with honey than vinegar and could be more persuasive without the bib-dribbling.

Agreed...with the original poster, your post reply on the other hand sound like it comes from the true idiot.
Lets see, someone who wears glasses may have problems using this, so are they simply tossed aside, then there are the true idiots of the world who are gonna try this while driving, kinda like the texting and driving problems we have today.
I call FAIL also, maybe a quick little craze from the technonerds, but too many problems can be seen with this from the beginning, its hard to believe the intelligence in Google even spent big bucks on this.

Yeah, it's going to fail because some 16-year-old says it is.

I badly want something like this to succeed but it looks like an utter fashion faux pas, more so then men who don't take off their bluetooth headsets.
