Damaged Hard Drive: Possible To Repair?

I don't really care if the drive is not salvageable but I atleast need to try to get the data.
Broken sata cables and not seeing it FTW

Otherwise I agree a recovery service will almost certainly be able to recover the data on the drive IF you don't mind paying $800 to a few grand.
