Is there any freeware that allows me to view the web browser on my second computer in realtime? I want to be able to remotely view what my kids are doing on the net. I know there is alot of software for sale but I don't know if there are any freeware programs or if I have that capability with a networked PC.

Hi tman70. Well, to be very honest, I HIGHLY doubt that anything like that would be free. I know corporations use similar software to monitor what their employees do on the internet.Even with a networked computer, you still cannot just arbitrarily watch the activity of another computer on that network. There has to be software installed within that host computer to allow another computer to remotely view it. The more popular options of GoToMyPC and such, require that the host computer recognize and accept the attempt of the remote computer before anything can be seen.Sorry if this wasn't much help but you may have to do some investigation on your own for this one.

Hi totallydude. Very good suggestion. I am going to recommend that to my customers that ask for something like this. Thank you for that. :-)

If I recall correctly, Win XP Pro has the ability to allow remote viewing of your computer. It also has the client application built-in, but I believe that you can download the client for free from Microsoft for Win XP Home (i.e. so that you can remotely view a Win XP Pro box from a Win XP Home box). But, if the computer that you want to remotely veiw is running Win XP Home, then I am not aware of any free options.
