streaming video problem

Everytime i try to view a video on youtube or any other site that stream videos, it stops in the middle..even when the progress bar reaches the end. i tried reformatting and reinstalling flash, but no luck. if anyone has any suggestions, please help it is really annoying.thanks.

Give detail information including graphics subsystem info.Do you have any other problems with other types of video such as DVD playback, video in iTunes/Quicktime, video in Windows Media Player, etc?
