computor wont load past pentium screen

hey, my computer when turned on will not go past the screen/graphic for pentium 4 processor (it wont even load to the BIOS) if u know what it is which is causing this or can fix it ,pls help

Hi M1K3. Can you please provide more information?- What are your system specifications?- How long have you had this problem?- Are you getting any error messages?- Does the computer just shut off when it gets to the that certain point or just it continually restart?- How are you attempting to get to the BIOS?The more information you provide, the better everyone can help you.
