HP 722C will not fully load.

I am running windows XP with a HP 722C Deskjet printer. Everything works fine, but the HP Toolbox will not load. I need this because it contains troubleshooting and other maintenance tasks that I am without. Went to HP's website and downloaded the newest driver and still nothing. Could someone tell me how to get the toolbox on my P.C? Oh... and also found out that XP should have the drivers to make the thing work. But still no toolbox Gary

This is from the Start menu/Programs/Hewelett-Packard-HP Deskjet-842cC:WINDOWSsystem32spooldriversw32x863hpztbx04.exe -n "hp deskjet 840c series"This is it's propertys.Try the run menu and type hpztbx04.exe.But browse the Start Menu for HP folders.It might have a slightly different name but is a small printer icon.Otherwise you have not done a proper complete install.Are you useing usb ?For Desktops use PS2.
