I seem to have a problem with viewing some web pages on home computer while those same pages I view with no problem at work. It is the same case with both browsers I use Firefox & Internet Explorer. Only difference I see between home & work setup is that I use AVG Internet Security at home & not at work. Does anyone has an idea to fix this. Thanks in advanceMatt

I use two different computers. One at work loads page no problem at all but my computer at home gives me "Unable to connect" message in Firefox version 2.0.0.4 and "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" message in Internet Explorer. So in other words it doesn't load web page at all. That happens only with few web pages. I'm not using wireless connection.Matt

He can't access some sites on his computer and it doesn't work on his other computers in his house either. Or if thats not the case maybe you have programs that is interfering with it like a firewall or something. I'm not too sure though

Hi ShaftedThe problem just began recently? if not, did you modify or install anything in the system before the problem start? What branch of windows do you use?You said that you use AVG internet Security at home, so, it includes a firewall, did you check the firewall properties for restrictions to the pages you're trying to access?Regards

I actually re formated my hard drive & I'm still having same problem. I have no firewall installed except windows one, no virus scanners & no spyware detection programs. Site I'm having a problem is katz.cd, it used to be katz.ws till about week ago & it was working at that time. When site was changed to katz.cd I started having a problem. I've been reading some forums on the net & it seams I'm not the only one with this problem. Some people are able to get on katz.cd with no problem & some are having same problem I'm having. Is it posible that my IP provider has something to do with this or maybe my router at home? I went through all settings in D-Link DI-624 & couldn't find any problem with it. Besides that I know everything worked untill site changed to katz.cd. I'm still looking for any info that can help me.Matt

might be your isp provider is blocking it, I remember when verizon blocked some sites on accident that they were not suppose to.
