Just upgraded our office computers to Vista. Do you know where I can obtain the Vista drivers for our (very expensive) Toshiba e-studio 35 printer?

Toshiba may not have Vista drivers. Have you tried contacting Toshiba?

Thanks for your response. I have called Toshiba, but they had me call a local dealer who has not called me back. I've tried searching the web, etc., but to no avail.

[quote name='jamie']Thanks for your response. I have called Toshiba, but they had me call a local dealer who has not called me back. I've tried searching the web, etc., but to no avail.Did you run the Vista compatibility checker from Micro$oft prior to upgrading (I don't know if it will work on computer with Vista installed already or not)? I believe it should have told you about compatibility issues with all your equipment including printers.I also looked at Micro$oft's site that has a list of compatibility equipment and the e-studio 35 was not there. They did list the e-stuido 3510c.You could also try DriverGuide.com ([url]http://www.driverguide.com/_).I would try Toshiba again. They should not need to dump you off to a local dealer to tell whether or not they have Vista driver for the printer. The only reason that would be acceptable is if it is a true business level device that usually would have some sort of maintaince contract. Then it could be argued that it is your local dealer that should be servicing/dealing with such stuff potentially.
