Zone Alarm with Vista No email protection, What should I do

I have a new laptop with Vista loaded on it, I also have Zone Alarm Security Suite, my email is Thunderbird. Zone Alarm has no email protection in it as of yet,I need to have something to scan my email for problems , what is recommended.

Hi tol. First, I would advise not to use a Security Suite. It is better to have a layered approach rather than one application to cover all.Also, there are so many free applications that can do what you need. There is a thread that can give you an idea as to what you can use.As starters, I would recommend AVG Free to use as an email scanner.
