I have to go with aurora on Ocarina of Time. I have played through that thing at least 5 times and never got tired of it. I am currently playing Final Fantasy XII. It is sorely testing my patience, but it's fun never-the-less. coastie65

Yeah, I forgot to mention Oblivion. I've got that installed on the PC. I'm having a problem with the PCI-E card I installed and it doesn't do well on the onboard graphics system (ati radeon X200), so it is temporarily on hiatus until I get that problem straightened out. I think I may need a new card. In the 80's I liked Dragon Wars on the Commodore 64/128 by interplay. They also put out another one called Neuromancer which was pretty good. How well I remember those 8 bit graphics. coastie65

Coastie... Unfortunately Oblivion won't run with onboard graphics... Not even in Crappy Graphics mode, Looks like a good time to exercise you credit card and buy one of the NVIDIA 8800 series cards (If your system can handle it). :)

Hey mcbarker, yeah I know that. That is why it is on a temporary hiatus until I get this figured out. I'm pretty sure The Card went south. It was an Nvidia GeForce 7600 256 DDR2. After I bought it I ran across the same card with 512 Mb DDR2. I am thinking of maybe a GeForce 7950 as I have a 500w PS and that should be enough, if not than maybe a 7800. As for exercising a credit card, I usually use a debit card for this stuff. I tend to think a little more before buying that way. I only have one PCI-E x16 slot so sli is out. That should cut down on the PS requirements. I know with the 8800 in sli you need about 650w minimum and should probably be more. I've got all kinds of extra connections from my PS if needed as well. coastie65

[quote name='piyushsingh']hey yeokm1!> > i havent cleared that crazy stage yet, tried it even with 8 julians but managed to reach till level 5 stage 3.> > 4 ppl on a comp is a bit of headache but we managed by using two keyboards on each CPU and setting different keys for all 4. These USB kybrds r so useful.:DAdding more characters especially Julian will not help. The number of enemies will also increase proportionally to the number of players and the power of the characters. It will only serve to slow down your computer. Innovative idea of using USB keyboards.

I had to play the PC version of HALO because I wasn't used to using the XBOX controller. Me and the XBOX controller don't go so well with that game, because instead of using W A S D and Z for your basic front and backwards motions with the keyboard, you have to use the left joystick with the controller. I gave up after spending 10 minutes trying to get my character to move correctly.

Hey Dockusa, just saw your post. I've got both FFX and FFX-2. I got so frustrated with those things, I nearly threw them out the door. I felt like FFX was not balanced at all. I like to tangle with the baddies, but it was never ending and difficult to make any progress. I guess it is OK for leveling up, but let me move along some instead of one battle after another. FFX-2 was a little better but could still be somewhat over powering. FFXII seems to have a good balance and is fun to play. It is challenging but not to the point of frustration. My favorite character in FFX and FFX-2 is Rikku. A couple of us were talking about FFX not long ago. I said then that I don't know what the game designers were smoking when the designed FFX, but it probably wasn't legal. I was that frustrated with it. I did manage to get to the island where the Al Bhed call home. I saved it and went back to FFXII for awhile. I don't mind a challenge, but FFX just seemed to be at a super high level of play. When given a choice I usually play the normal level ( middle), this seemed to be at an advanced level of play. Maybe I missed something at the begining. coastie65
