I don't log in to my hotmail account all that often, but definitely once a month. well, I logged in a few weeks ago and the interface was different and I only had the welcome to hotmail email. All of my folder, all of my saved emails, all of my current and unopened emails as well as my customized settings were gone.What the hell? Can anyone shed some light or even help me to get them back ?

Hi brjoon. If I am not mistaken, I believe hotmail has undergone a major transformation. I even think they redeveloped themselves for Vista. In doing so, they MAY have reconfigured all hotmail accounts. You may want to send an email to Hotmail Technical Support or MSN.There is nothing that you can do on your local computer to get hotmail back to its original state. Whatever happened was done on Hotmail's end directly.

I searched all over Hotmail and even did a Google search. This is the best I could find for you:To troubleshoot MSN Hotmail outages, please call (650) 964-7200, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday.This is not a Customer Service lineHowever, explain your situation and hopefully someone will be able to assist you or at least transfer you to the correct department.
