Hi RxDr. I am really not sure what to tell you. This is a product specific situation. The bad thing is that zip drives are pretty much obsolete so no one really has access to one. I actually have a zip drive in my collection, however, I have not use it in at least 5-10 years.When you said, "...they directed me...," did you actually speak to or chat with someone from Iomega? If not, you may want to discuss this with someone from their Technical Support department.I was going to suggest that you send me the files via email and I would take a look at them; however, I just checked my stash of electronics and I do not have my zip drive anymore. I must have thrown it out.I would advise you to contact Iomega Technical Support, if you haven't already, and post what they say. I will keep an eye out for your response.
