Hi Ridders. I have some questions for you:- Does it only happen when you play games?- Regardless of how many fans you have, you can still have overheating issues. Have you made any hardware changes?- Are you able to check the Task Manager when the system freezes? If not, I would advise you to open Task Manager and then start the game(s).- Do you ever get any error messages or anything like that?

Okay, i am sure you can guess where I am going with this one....one more question:Did you have this problem before you purchased your new graphics card?- If No, then my advice to you would be to either A) get a replacement card or B) try another card.- If Yes, then I would advise you to look at the Power Supply. In my opinion, as well as many others in the forum, 500 Watts is the bare minimum for computers. For your gaming system, I would advise as much as 650-700. You can get great deals on Power Supplies from newegg.com. I bought a 630 Watt Power Supply for $30.

No i dident have this problem befor my new card, but i found out a bit of info that may be causing the card to crash on games with my motherboard been both APG and PCI-E and about a year old i found thisExpansion Slots 1 x AGP8X1 x PCI-E x16 (max. x4 mode) <--- 3 x PCI with only x4 mode as the maximum it might not beable to handle all the information resaulting in PC freezesFor the time been i got my trustworthy MX440 in this card never fails:D

Okay, well if you are satisfied with the outcome, that is great. Please post if you have any more problems.

I must agree with Mphenterprises a 500Watt PS is the bare minum you should have. I use to have a similer problem on my old gaming pc and once I upgraded the PS to a 700Watt I never had that problem again. They are really cheap now adays so its worth it.P.S. Give up WoW===>try EQ2<======
