So far as I know, handbrake is for free. And you can visit http://vixy.net which can help you convert between various formats online.Or if they fail to help you, you can try wondershare video converter platinum which is a total video converter or flash to video converter which convert .swf files to other popular video formats.

I have simply tried all the free software I can found through Google. It seems no one can meet all my request. Maybe I am not quite knowledgeable on video conversion. I found a problem that there is no technical support for the free products. If I need, I have to surf the Internet hard to find an answer. I thought maybe I can buy one and get help from those multimedia expert.

VLC will probably do it (ALL platforms).

Free, open source software. Comes with most Linux distros, but has versions for OSX, windoze, etc.

And many kinds of products are trojan garbage re-bundled and pretending to be the actual product.

VLC and Handbrake are the real thing: Open Source (free, as in FREE BEER). FOREVER FREE.

Do your OWN searching, and use something like the 'Web of Trust' plugin, if you're going to shop for software to pay for.
