Hi, i have a simple problem but i still need advice. I have a combination of home videos that total up to 9GB so i obviously can't burn that to any single DVD. It fits on 2 DVDs. I looked at alot of programs but cant find a one that can burn a project to multiple DVDs (not CDs). Can anyone please tell me a good program that can do this? Free or not.Thankss! :D

Hi mehmi. That is a very good question and I am sure that someone in this forum may have a software solution. However, I have a hardware solution. If you find that you will have home videos totalling over 5GBs on a regular basis, why not get a DVD player that can burn Dual-Layer DVDs. DVD burners are so common and inexpensive that you could get one that does Dual Layer DVDs for under $30 if you find the right sale. The actual Dual-Layer DVDs are more expensive than regular DVDs; however, you will ultimately spend less if you have to do this on a regular basis.Again, this is just a hardware solution.

Thus, there is a slightly better chance that a video DVD would not play back on his/her players. But, it is worth a try...if he/she has a burner already capable of DL.

Good point, according to one site I found, that same one I couldn't find again...- DVD+R DVDs are compatible with about 80% of modern DVD Players- DVD-R DVDs are compatible with about 90% of modern DVD Players- DL DVDs are only compatible with about 65-70% of modern DVD PlayersLesser of two evils I guess...Hopefully, someone has a software alternative
