Windows XP Scan/Store/Fax

I'm looking for an application that will scan a document so that I can store it and then have an option to fax it. I know that I can use a couple of applications to do this, but I'm trying to make this more efficient with one application that will do it all. Storing to a PDF preferred, but am open to other formats. Any suggestions?
