Well, unfortunately for me, I do not have an option anymore. I am using Mozilla Firefox. I will try to switch to the Internet Explorer Extension....

And if that does not work, then thinking about the sledgehammer that is in the garage. If you don't have a sledgehammer, then think about asking to borrow mine! ]:)

Yeah, I refreshed within each attempt. Honestly, if I cannot get it when I am using Firefox, it is not that big of a loss. I normally check my posts before I submit them anyway.......except for that "mouth" post LOL :-)

The Rich Text/Plain Text/Preview tabs are a current bug we are investigating with Jive. I see them in IE, but not in Firefox. We're actively working with their support team on it.

I'll add a "preview" option to our list of product suggestions & requests that I am about to pass to Jive later today.
