Hi, Nonnie. A couple of weeks ago I wrote a Blog about creating your own Emo World, [here's the link|p-1370] for you. That Blog will give you some good tips about gathering emoticons (emos) and pictures for your own collection.

To get an avatar, click on Your Stuff, then select Profile. Over to the right you'll Actions, click on Change Avatar. Once you're there, you can choose from the avatars that PCWorld offers: Click on the avatar you want. Next click on Save Settings. When it has finished, you'll see a green frame around your avatar and the words "Your Avatar" on it.

Or you can choose to upload your own avatar, using the Browse and Upload buttons.

Have fun with your avatar!
