Help me!!! Motorola A1200 or I-mate SP3???

I want to Buy Motorola A1200 or I-mate Sp3 or every Smart phone that is sufficien t to my conditions that has a price like Motorola A1200(Minto) and can Read PDF and CHM properly and i think a Smartphone with bigger monitor is better for me. i don`t know wheter Motorola A1200 can Read CHM files or not .
I want to know can we change Smartphone Operating Systems?
It means can i buy Motorola and change it to Windows or Symbian?

I cannot help too much with the other questions, but to my knowledge you CANNOT change OSs on Smartphones. What it comes with is what you get.
