since changing ISP, my Outlook has been dysfuntional, obviously because of protocols change etc... my problem is sky e-mail comes as a web based mail service as well totally unlinked to Outlook as against blueyonder mail {telewest}.... now I want to connect my Outlook to yahoo ... please how do I do this....

Okay, unfortunately, you cannot do what you want with Yahoo and Outlook. Yahoo has restricted access to POP their email accounts via Outlook to paid Yahoo accounts. So, if you only have the free Yahoo email account, you are out of luck.
Now, if you are a PAID Yahoo Mail Plus user, you can follow the instructions provided in this link to set up your Outlook account. Again, this is for Yahoo Mail Plus users only.
