First of all my apologies to Aurora, I didn't realize i was dissing her. It seems my post wasn't very diplomatic. I didn't mean her any harm. Also wrote her a personal apology, which i have already sent to her in a reply)...Next i want to all the others affected by my thoughtless actions taken by posting multiple messages in different forums and knowing which forums to post questions; which by the way, i didn't realize i had done. Sorry for that !!!!! I will work on my posting skills in the future as i appreciate (ALL) the PC WORLD community has assisted me with... As before you guys have helped me solve another problem, you guys are a God-send...So; THANKS AGAIN and please accept my apologies....HAVE A GREAT DAY !!!!!!!!!

It is not a "problem" to post multiple discussions on the same issue...it is more that doing so will slow down or impede your ability to get an answer. If you have discussion of a problem going on in multiple threads, then people trying to help may not be aware of the other discussions and may offer duplicate suggestions, etc. It helps a great deal if all the information on the problem is in one thread so that when someone want to help, they can easily get all the information. It is more to help you than a matter of an annoyance to us.
And while your response about Aurora's suggestion did seem a little "harsh", I am sure that she took it in stride. Many folks come here really annoyed with some problem and sometimes let that annoyance get the better of them when responding to people who are trying to help. It is human nature to "lash out" when frustrated. I can only suggest that one take deep breaths and relax as much as possible...you will likely eventually get the answer that you need if you are patient. B-)

Hi Stu. It is our pleasure to help you with anything you need. I am sure Aurora did not take anything you said personally. Smax is correct. When a person comes into a forum for assistance, he or she may already be very frustrated at the situation. If the information provided is not exactly what he or she wanted to hear, the reaction may come across as harsh or defeating. However, we, and by we I mean every single person who tries to help in forums, take these reactions in stride and continue to help.
I am glad you were able to resolve your problem and we will absolutely continue to offer assistance where we can.
