Yep, Buddy Holly, The Big Bopper ( forgot his name), and Richie Valens. It was, a sad day, as they were up there. There were some who said that if Buddy Holly hadn't died in that plane crash, he may have given Elvis a run for the title " The King of Rock & Roll". As many hit songs as he had, he hadn't reached the pinnacle of his career by a long shot, nor the other two for that matter.
