Ripping CD's to MP3 players is easy .... even my kids can do it .... but how can you rip music DVD's to an iPod. Would simply like to take certain tracks from a music video DVD and do whatever is necessary to get them over to a video iPod. Any tips or ideas most welcome. Thanks.

Hi JMcGreavey and welcome to PCWorld. :-)
I am going to be honest with you. This cannot be discussed within PCWorld forums. This may fall under the same legality as movie DVDs. We cannot discuss any conversion that may circumvent the encryption on DVDs. Now, because I am not 100% positive about the legality of this situation, this Discussion will not be closed. However, I will bring this to Kellie, the Forum Moderator's attention.
If music DVDs fall under the same category as movie DVDs, this Discussion will be closed.
