Breakfast - it happens every morning, without fail. Some mornings you do, some morning you don't. But nutritionists insist that breakfast is the most important meal of the day because you have been without eating for 12 hours or so. It is meant to fuel the body to be able to access more energy during the day.
Today I had scrambled eggs with shredded cheese on top, two slices of toast with a bit of butter, juice and water and my vitamins of course. I don't usually have eggs, only once in a while. My body doesn't seem to like them every day, maybe once or twice a month is ok.
So what about you -- what did you have for Breakfast this morning?

1! Mom, where are my waffles?
Or did you just grab a cup of coffee and ran out the door? !http://forums.pcworld.com/legacyimages/

Hi all, I went simple this morning, a bowl of Cinnamon and spice oatmeal and two cups of coffee, plus my multi-vitamin. Hey techyguy, that breakfast you had is what they call the heart attack special. Take it from someone who has been there, heart attacks ain't no fun. coastie65

Being that I've just started a new graveyard job, I've had to pile the breakfast on before sleeping the day away. I get off at 8:30AM and after a brisk 5 mile bike ride I get to relax with the morning news and some food. I start with 8 oz. pineapple juice, 3 eggs over easy, two 3 inch circles of Canadian bacon, two pieces of jam toast and 16 oz. of whole milk, not the watered down stuff. It usually takes about an hour for me to relax and settle down to bed. I don't usually eat a lunch and usually skip a lunch at 4AM too so the evening meal after 8 hours of sleep is around 8PM and is mostly carbs.

Techie, you're back! PB & J? Did you have milk, or coffee with that? Well, if it works for you, then that's great.
Uh huh! PB & J :) But no coffee. I do have milk here and then though.
What I used to do was have COLD Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwhiches for breakfast, and that stuff was GOOD. I like eating cold bread.
