Hi, mjd. You're doing really well and I'm so proud of you. Just be careful in the mornings, when it's really cold and icy out there, ok?

My mom made shrimp keesh (spelled phonetically), salad, and cranberry juice for breakfast this morning. It was awesome!

I have to kvell about my new kitchen toy! (I love my kitchen gadgets at least as much as I love my tech gadgets.) I have a Keurig B70 single-cup coffee maker (also does tea and hot cocoa). I am the only coffee drinker in my house, and it makes no sense to make even a half pot of coffee for just me. So I got this little baby and for the first time in a long time, I was caffeinated before I left my house this morning.

Although our soy milk had turned bad, so I had to use leftover soy egg nog from Christmas. It was actually really good, though!

And to catch up from Christmas, when I actually cooked breakfast... we had scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, cream cheese and chives along with sourdough toast.

What's "WaWa" coffee? ?:|

Anyway, I had scrambled eggs, a muffing, green tea and juice this am. I don't like to eat eggs every day, but my body seems to be craving them a little more often these days.

Wawa is an awesome food mart in the east coast. Kind of like Sunoco mart, Chevron mart, etc. but a million times better...

Hi Kellie, Whoa!!! that breakfast really sounds good. The only time I can get any decent smoked salmon out here, is when my Cousin in Oregon sends me some. All we can get out here on the East Coast is Atlantic Smoked salmon. Not the same as the Pacific salmon. coastie65

Oh well, I've been known to have coffee and donuts or coffee and a piece of pie for breakfast. Not the best way to start the day. I think cold pizza is probably healthier. :^0 I tend to order Veggie pizzas with extra cheese and a thin crust, so I think that would be healthier than donuts or a piece of pie. I've also been known to reheat last nights left over Chinese as well. :^0 coastie65
