Didn't take you long to find that. I hadn't even thought to look over at You Tube. They've known it was there and seems as if I've heard it mentioned in the past. As I've said, thay are keeping a very close eye on things at the moment. I have heard that it is much larger than St Helens.

OH MY GAWD. That's some serious, seriously serious news, Coastie.
I just typed volcano under yellowstone and then I found the page with the YouTube vid in it. I did not enjoy watching this one, though.
SERIOUSLY OFF TOPIC, and SERIOUSLY OUT THERE:
Maybe that's the Mayan people have been predicting as the end of the world, for 2010....?
I've already been in one end of the world scenario, in Atlantis. I have memories of it, which came to me in deep meditation a few years ago. Luckily, a handful of us were beamed out of there, in the nick of time as everything around us was tumbling down. Not fun.

And to think I could have gone to Australia. I just returned from Alaska, had to stay an extra day at Prudhoe Bay because it was so cold, minus 65 degrees F, that the planes couldn't land and had to wait for it to warm up today at noon. Finally got up to minus fourty and the plane could make it in and out without shutting down. We were just about ready to land in Anchorage where it was zero before the planes inside temperature was able to get above freezing. I had to wear my full gear the whole flight. I felt like the Michelin man straped into a childs seat. Made it into San Fran and it was a balmy 65 degrees. Almost like spring. I can actually wear just a t-shirt. Supposed to get up to 70 tomorrow in the bay area. I'm so ready for spring now.

Hey mjd, I guess you are glad to get the frozen north behind you. You should have taken Australia as it is Summer in that part of the world. San Francisco would have seemed chilly then. We are at about 50 at the moment. It is supposed to finally get like Winter by the end of the week, with highs only in the low to mid 30's. Fortunately, I don't think there will be any precip, so nothing to shovel or slip on.

Its 16 out right now! :( and going to drop down to 0. brrrrr.
Hey if you want to have some fun and its cold enough out like tonight will be for me. Take a cup of boiling hot water and through it up into the air! If its cold enough out, it will all turn into ice crystals and look like steam before it hits the ground. Use like 8-12 ounces for best results :)
