It does my heart good to see Steve using Maxthon, marvelous little thing. But to his chagrin I'll bet he almost choked having to say it sat on top of IE. Doesn't this give you a clue Steve?

For me, Steve, the smartest way to use Firefox is to not use it at all. I just don't like it. I'm sticking with IE6, not IE7, IE6. I'll let the geeks mess with Firefox. It's NOT for me!

Cheers to all the users of Firefox! I haven't had nearly as many problems with my browser locking up since I switched to Firefox. Sorry, Steve, Firefox rocks!

Firefox used to be cool, but the bloat and lack of innovation (tabs came from Opera) really suck. I reoutinely try new stuff for browsers, but I can currently using IE7.
It was hard to run away from an adblocker, and the tab open button doesn't work for your homepage button (in FF I turned off the new tab button, and use the home button to open new tabs with the mouse click).
That said, Opera is also a good choice, and if the GUI was more pleasing, and the URL buttons nicer, I might use it. It has alot of features that I wish IE had, like built in Voice controlls and mouse gestures, and without needing memory leaking extentions.

WOW !!!! :0 It's unusuall to hear folks at a good tech site / forum slam FF that way. I am truely sorry that you all have not had the sucess with it that a lot of us have. Linda, I also use an older version of IE 6 and like it too.
