tografer,
I am sorry that the entrants had to be limited to residents of the US and Canada, with some exceptions. I would have liked to open it to residents of more countries, but as each have their own contest laws and rules, this makes the contest very, very difficult to administer.

I would like to apologize to everyone who desires this computer, since I am getting it. You see- I've already decided that it is going to be my 18th birthday gift. I'm really excited about it, but thank you all for making this a contest and entering along with me.

Well, regardless of that fact, we work on these types of printers and have found that re-filling is not, I repeat NOT, in the best interest of the equipment. Re-filled cartridges cause us more headaches, and cost the customer more for repairs, than anything else with the exception of paper jams due to incorrect jam removal techniques. Dollar for dollar color lasers are the better deal. And last longer too.

Just thought I'd chime in here since I'm now in charge of the technical end of this puppy, err, project. For those of you who have been questioning the specs, they've been altered quite a bit--for the better. Some of the stuff is so bleeding edge I can't even tell you about it. Well, I suppose I could but then I'd have to shoot every message in the thread.
Cheers, Jon
