After many years of using E-bay as a buyer and seller I just found out this morning that my account was taken over. It looks like someone from overseas. E-bay has fixed it for now but!

There is simple rules for sellers, do not honor any bid or sale to anyone that wants the item to be shipped to Asia, Africa, as well as from Eastern Europe. I had those that had an US address but wanted to ship it to his brother or nephew or sister etc in one of these areas. Again, the US government should outlaw any transactions to these areas, esp the transfer of funds. That happens on dating sites.
