Hello Pc world, I hate my computer yet again. This time everytime I logon my computer it won't load everything and when I press or try to open anything it freezes but my mouse still works, and more.. when I use Safe Mode the computer works fine so there's something wrong with the loading process. And this happen after my Windows XP Professinal had a update, (When I close my computer a little symbol says that there an important update) I fixed some stuff in Safe Mode like delete unimportant files a Disk Cleanup and Anti-virus/Anti-spyware scan and they still didn't get my computer working (on normal mode/reboot) and I think that uninstalling that update may help me BUT how do I do this and is there any other ways to fix it?

Hi Viviboy. Okay, we need a bit more information from you before we can provide any troubleshooting options:

- What are the exact specifications of your computer, including Power Supply peak wattage? (You can find the Power Supply peak wattage on the inside of the computer on a sticker on the side of the Power Supply.)

- What is the manufacturer and model number of this computer?

- What security applications do you have and what were the results of the latest scans?

- Have you checked the Task Manager (Ctrl Alt Delete) to see how many processes are running during startup?

- How long does your computer take to completely load the Desktop?

- Have you attempted to remove any unwanted and unused programs from your computer and from the start up?
