Connect 2 Computers with Crossover Cable, BIG Lie

I hooked up my two PC's just like these instructions said & it did nothing, no dial up connection sharing or file sharing, no nothing.
The "A" PC is the one with the modem.
They are both XP SP2.
So now waddo I do ???

OK good, Ok fine.....
Yooz guys just post links here to other pages or posts, & I read them, I see what I can do, mite save lottsa typing.
I had it all, before I did a new install on that monster hard drive. Now I remember it ALL except what made it work rite!!!

lol, I knew you would take it right way snorg. That happens to me also, get something figured out, change a little some over here or there, and I can't get it to do what it was doing before.
