I tried Artera Turbo and it's been a nightmare. I have broadband and Artra Turbo slowed Internet access. The nightmare began after uninstalling the software because I am unable to access the internet via browser. I can email and download using Ares or Limewire, but the stoftware has done something to keep me from the Internet. I have a network of three computers. The other two computers (laptops) access the internet no problem. My desktop cannot. To install Artera I had to temporuly turn off restore (winxp) and I don't have a point to return to (registry copy) where there was no Artera Turbo. I trying to avoid a new restrall of windows XP to correct the problem since I have 200gigs of software on my desktop. I'm certain I will solve the problem. The point is artera Turbo makes many changes throughout the registry relating to networking and the internet that a simple uninstall doesn't eliminate these changes. Pointers seem to remain and these pointers leave my desktop internet blind.
